Ages 4 to 8, take one (1) gummy daily. Ages 9 to 13, take two (2) gummies daily. Do not exceed suggested use.

Do not take more than 2,000 mg of Vitamin C per day.
If child is taking medication, consult a doctor before use.
Bottle sealed with printed foil under cap. Do not use if foil is torn.
